Turku City Museum

The museum of Finland’s oldest city and the peoples of Turku. We bring together the area’s diverse people, stories and memories. In the Digital Museum, we present Turku and its cityscape as it was before the devastating Great Fire of 1827.
Turku City Museum is responsible for the city’s cultural history collections and museums and serves as the regional museum for Southwest Finland. Our unique museum sites include the Pharmacy Museum and Qwensel House, the Biological Museum, Kylämäki Village of Living History, Luostarinmäki, and Turku Castle.
