Serlachius Manor
Classic artworks at the manor and contemporary art in the pavilion.

Serlachius is an art destination in the cultural landscape of Mänttä. Serlachius Manor consists of a manor-like building, which was completed in 1935 as Gösta Serlachius’ representative home, and opened in 2014, a wooden extension whose architecture has received international awards.
Serlachius’ permanent hanging presents gems from the Fine Arts Foundation’s own collections: classic works from Finland’s Golden Age, early modernism and old European art.
There are also always several exhibitions of contemporary art by international and Finnish artists on show.
The museum visit is complemented by the offerings of Restaurant Gösta, the surrounding magnificent nature and the steam experience in the Serlachius Art Sauna, available on weekly public shifts or by reservation.
Serlachius’ other art destination, Serlachius Headquarters, is located in the centre of Mänttä.
